Christmas 2020 & New Year @ Design IT Solutions

As the Christmas and New Year period will be shortly upon us, we wanted to let you know what this looked like at Design IT Solutions.

The plan is that all our offices will be closed from midday on 24th December 2020, reopening at 8:30am on 4th January 2021.

For customers with current maintenance contracts, who have any support issues during this period, our team will be available via your usual support contact telephone number or the helpdesk portal.

If you have any questions around your particular support arrangements then please do not hesitate in contacting us before the 24th December 2020 so we can make sure you have something in place.
